Although this website is primarily focused on natural health and wellness, my goal when creating it was to create a repository for all sorts of information to help give anyone and everyone a great life.

And as much as having great health and wellness is key to that, there is one more very important factor we all know about and think about constantly.

MONEY

We all want more of it, no matter how much we have. It seems to never fail.

And having too little of it can weigh you down.

Side hustles are a great way to level the playing field and help you achieve financial freedom, or at least greater financial comfort and control.

Leaving that stress behind is a GREAT feeling!

Now there are many different types of side hustles you get involved in.

Many can be real game changers, and those definitely take a lot of time, effort, and in many cases learning of new skills.

There are also some that don’t break the bank, but are just plain easy to do.

And we could all use a little bit of easy!

That’s why I am reviewing SurveyJunkie today.

I have a few different side hustles I am either already involved in or am am in the process of learning, but I wanted to try out something that looked simple and fun and could earn me a few bucks to help cover some expenses.

So when I heard about taking surveys through SurveyJunkie for cash, I figured I should at least give it a try. It looked more reputable than other outfits I had seen in the past that didn’t work out so I figured I’d try it and, if it really was easy, I’d keep at it.

Now, again, taking surveys all day will not help you break the bank.

But by the looks of it, it can definitely help you make some extra cash, pay a bill here or there, go out and have a good time, whatever floats your boat.

So for me, it is definitely worth it.

Let’s face it. We like to check things out, give our opinions on them to anyone who will listen, etc.

In fact, social media allows us to spend most of our day doing that for free!

If we can get at least a little something for our opinion-spewing efforts, why not?

Here’s How it Works

The first thing that happened when I signed up with SurveyJunkie was they had me fill out a basic profile: name, age, etc. Just a handful of questions and they gave me 25 points to start, which equals 25 cents.

Not bad for eight seconds of work!

I then filled out a longer profile questionnaire for an additional 50 points, or 50 cents.

Still really easy, and I’m up to 75 cents for doing virtually no labor.

But, what they pay you to do is take surveys, and I didn’t sign up for just 75 cents!

So I took my first survey for 85 points.

And it was actually kinda fun!

They asked me to watch a handful of commercials (as I recall I watched some for the NFL, BMW, a beer company and a couple others I don’t recall) then rate how I felt watching those commercials.

Pretty easy stuff.

Then I answered a few questions about each, rated different aspects of them on a scale, and voila! 85 more points in my account!

So, in about 10 minutes of setting up my account and taking my first survey, I’m up to almost two dollars.

Again, not huge bucks, but EASY bucks. No stress at all. If I feel like spending a few minutes on their site, I can make a little bit of money.

So far, I’m really enjoying this service. Besides working full time and running the PursuitOfGreat.com operation, this is a really neat way for me to kick back, make a little bit of easy money, and unwind – for profit!

Over 1,000 points earned. Time to redeem that money!

Common Complaints

I cam across a number of complaints about survey sites when I started looking into different options.

Apparently online surveys used to be like the wild west!

It seems they’ve come a long way, though, and have cleaned up their act considerably.

Even though they have, we should take a look at a couple of common complaints.

One complaint I read about survey sites and SurveyJunkie in particular is that they lure you in with the promise to make some money, then proceed to pressure you to sign up for other services.

Fortunately, in my experience thus far, SurveyJunkie has not asked me to do so nor has it even presented me with an option to do so.

A second common complaint is either displaying surveys that are not truly available or even running out of them altogether.

Let’s address each of these because they are important.

In my experience, probably about one out of every ten surveys I try “fills up” by the time I click on it. They have always let me know quickly so at least I didn’t waste any time on them.

Now, that could be a problem if they were to run out of surveys. Fortunately for me, they have yet to do so. Every time I have completed a survey, a fresh batch of them are displayed for me to choose from.

Typically I complete one survey a day, so perhaps those who try to do this full-time might run into that issue. All I can say is I have not.

Thoughts

The way I see it, if I have the time and am not doing anything else, it’s basically a little bit of free money when I may have been doing something else totally unproductive.

So, I’ll try to keep spending a few minutes or so on it every day, maybe try to crank out one survey a day, and see how many little expenses I can cover with it.

It’s kinda fun, it’s easy and it costs me nothing. So let’s see how it works.

If you’d like to give it a try, just click here to register. It costs you nothing so if you don’t want to spend any time on it later, there is no loss. Only wins. Even the little wins can mean something.

Thanks for stopping by and happy surveying!
